血管活性药物在脑损伤后精神障碍治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨血管活性药物丹参合并低分子右旋糖苷对颅脑损伤后合并精神障碍患者的疗效。方法选择87例颅脑损伤后合并精神障碍的患者,将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者传统地使用抗精神病药物氯丙嗪治疗,实验组患者在使用氯丙嗪的基础上联合应用复方丹参和低分子右旋糖苷,治疗15d后进行疗效评价。结果(1)对两组患者治疗后脑损伤区血流改善情况进行比较,发现实验组与对照组患者治疗后R(R=脑缺血区与正常脑灌注区rCBF的比值)的均数相比具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者抗精神病药物的用量比较亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)实验组与对照组相比,治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在采用抗精神病药物的基础上联合应用复方丹参和低分子右旋糖苷,不仅可显著提高治疗效果,而且可减少抗精神病药物的用量,值得在临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and low-molecular-weight dex-tran to traumatic brain injury with psychataxia patients. Methods 87 cases of brain injury with psychataxia were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group were treated by Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and low-molecular-weight dextran and chlorpromazine, wherase the control group were treated only by chlorpromazine. Rusults (1) Regional cerebral blood flow of experimental group improved more significantly than that of control group( P < 0.01), and the use of chlorpromazine were less in experimental group than that of the control group( P < 0.05); (2)Therapy effect of experimental group were better than that of the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and low-molecular-weight dextran on the basis of using chlorpromazine can improve the therapy effect of traumatic brain injury with psychataxia patients, and also decrease the use of chlorpromazine.
