PPH术治疗痔疮患者的围术期护理

目的探讨PPH术治疗痔疮的手术前后的护理。方法采用PPH术治疗186例痔疮患者,对每位患者进行手术前心理干预,做好健康教育,彻底清洁肠道;术后密切观察患者刀口处疼痛、出血情况以及尿潴留等并发症,并给予正确的饮食指导和护理,做好出院指导。结果患者术中肠道清洁,术后无感染、水肿、出血,平均住院3~5天,痊愈出院。结论PPH术围手术期的心理护理、病情观察及良好的护理措施,可有效的减少术后并发症,促进患者康复,减少复发。

Peroperative period nursing for hemorrhoids patients with the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids

Objective: To study the nursing of patients before and after Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods: 186 patients with haemorrhoids was subject to PPH operation.Certain mentally guidance and healthy training were given prior to the operation.After operation,we closely monitored the complexions of knife-edge wound,bleeding and urinary retention.Appropriate instructions about food intake,well nursing and leaving education were also included.Results: The patients' intestine tract was all clean during the operations.After the operations,no infection,edema and bleeding was observed.The average length of stay was 3 to 5 days to achieve full recovery.Conclusion: The proper mentally guidance,close observing and well nursing through the PPH can reduce the potential complications,improve the curing and decrease the recrudescence effectively.
