应用膀胱镜鞘结合输尿管镜气压弹道联合治疗膀胱结石1

目的探讨经尿道内途径治疗膀胱结石的新方法。方法经尿道膀胱镜鞘置入输尿管镜,采用气压弹道碎石冲击杆将结石击碎,并在输尿管镜直视下用膀胱镜取石钳通过膀胱镜鞘取出较大的结石碎块,再采用Ellick冲洗器将碎石吸尽。结果48例病人一次碎石成功率100%且无须自行排石。结论经上述方法联合治疗膀胱结石具有损伤小、手术时间短、并发症少、适应证广、效果明确、住院时间少等优点。
