川西地区2000名妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染状况与亚型分析

目的了解川西地区妇女人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)感染状况与亚型分布情况。方法采用杂交捕获2代技术(Hybri Capture 2,HC2)对2015年雅安市人民医院检查的2 000名妇女进行HPV感染和13种高危亚型、5种低危亚型检测,分析HPV感染状况和13种高危亚型、5种低危亚型分布情况。结果 2 000名妇女中,HPV阳性686例(34.30%),其中农村地区阳性率为42.48%,城市地区阳性率为26.37%(P﹤0.05);不同年龄段人群HPV阳性率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),31~40岁人群HPV阳性率最高(46.15%);13个高危亚型中排前五位的分别为52型(25.95%)、58型(14.14%)、16型(10.35%)、18型(7.14%)、68型(5.25%),5个低危亚型排序分别为42型(6.12%)、11型(3.94%)、42型(2.48%)、44型(2.33%)、6型(2.33%),混合亚型12例,占1.75%。结论川西地区HPV阳性率较高,以农村地区为主,年龄以31~40岁为主,最常见的高危亚型是52型、58型、16型、18型、68型,最常见的低危亚型是42型,建议针对不同年龄群开展HPV基因亚型的常规检测。

Human papillomavirus infection status and subtype analysis of 2000 women in Western Sichuan

Objective To understand the condition of the infection and the distribution of the subtypes of the human papillomavirns (HPV) in the women of the western Sichuan.Methods From January to October of 2015,generation techniques (Capture Hybri 2,HC2) method were used to detected for HPV infection,13 high-risk subtypes and 5 low-risk subtypes in 2000 women who took examination in the People's hospital of Ya'an,and analyzed the infection status of HPV and the distribution of 13 kinds of high-risk subtypes and 5 kinds of low-risk subtypes.Results Among 2 000 women,HPV positive cases were 686 cases,positive rate was 34.30％,positive rate in rural areas was 42.48％,positive rate in urban areas was 26.37％,the rate in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(P ＜0.05),there were significant differences in HPV positive in different age groups (P ＜0.05),the positive rate of HPV in people from 31years to 40 years was the highest (46.15％);The top five subtypes of 13 high-risk subtypes were type 52 (25.95％),type 58 (14.14％),type 16 (10.35％),type 18 (7.14％),type 68 (5.25％).5 low-risk subtypes were type 42 (6.12％),type 11 (3.94％),type 42 (2.48％),type 44 (2.33％),type 6 (2.33％),12 cases was mixed type,accounting for 1.75 ％.Conclusion HPV positive rate in Western Sichuan was high,mainly in rural areas,age from 31 years to 40 years,the most common high-risk subtype is subtype 52,subtype 58,subtype 16,subtype 18 and subtype 68,the most common low-risk subtype is subtype 42,it is recommended for the routine detection of human papillomavirns genotypes aiming at different age groups.
