痰热清注射液治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法 2011年11月至2015年3月沈阳市皇姑区中心医院儿科收治住院的肺炎患儿126例,按入院日期单双号分为观察组76例和对照组50例。对照组给予退热、止咳、抗感染等治疗,观察组在此治疗的基础上采用痰热清注射液注入5%葡萄糖溶液中静脉滴注,每日1次,连续7d为1个疗程。疗程结束后观察两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间及两组治疗总有效率。结果观察组在退热、咳嗽喘憋消失、肺部啰音消失及住院时间方面均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.4%(74/76),显著高于对照组86.0%(43/50),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论痰热清注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果显著。

Observation on the effect of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods Totally 126 cases of children with pneumonia hospitalized from November 201 1 to March 201 5 in Shenyang City Huanggu District Central Hospital of Pediatrics were included in the study, and according to odd or even number of the date of admission they were divided into observation group(76 cases)and control group(50 cases).Fever and cough relieving and anti-infection treatment was given to the control group;the observation group was added Tanreqing injection besides the treatment for control group, with 5% glucose solution for intravenous injection,once a day,for 7 days as a course of treatment.After the course of treatment,the clinical symptoms disappearing time,hospitalization time and the total effective rate of two groups were observed.Results In the observation group the time for fever,cough and wheezing to disappear,pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter compared with the con-trol group,the difference being statistically significant(P <0.05).In the observation group,the total effec-tive rate was 97.4%(74/76),significantly higher than that of control group [86.0%(43/50)],the difference being statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Tanreqing injection is significant in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.
