鼻咽癌放疗前后中医证候演变规律与PET-CT SUV值变化的相关性研究

目的研究鼻咽癌放疗前后中医证候演变规律与PET-CT SUV值变化的相关性。方法选取78例鼻咽癌初治患者进行临床研究,所有患者均接受了根治性调强放射治疗,放疗前、放疗后行中医辨证和PET-CT检查,观察中医证候演变和PET-CT SUV值的变化,分析其相关性。结果放疗前证型分布主要为痰热型和肺热型,放疗后证型分布主要为肺胃阴伤型和脾胃受损型,放疗后大部分患者PET-CT SUV值明显下降,但血瘀痰凝型患者中有5例患者放疗后仍有肿瘤残留,SUV值下降不明显。结论鼻咽癌患者在放疗前后的具有不同的症型分布特点,血瘀痰凝型患者放疗后PET-CT SUV值下降不明显。

Study on the Correlation Beween TCM Syndromes Law and PET-CT Values Change in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Before and After Radiotherapy

Objective To study on the correlation between TCM syndromes law and PET-CT SUV values change in nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy. Methods 78 cases of patents with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were seleceted and accepted radical intensity modulated radiotherapy. Before and after radiotherapy, all patients were differentiated with TCM syndromes and received PET-CT examination, and the correlation between TCM syndromes law and PET-CT values change was analysed . Results The major types of the syndrome complex of TCM before radiotherapy were Phlem Heat and Lung Heat, and the major types after radiotherapy were Lung Stomach Yinshang and Damaged Spleen Stomach. Most of patients＆#39; PET-CT SUV values decreased significantly , but 5 patients with Stasis and Phlegm Type had residual tumors, the PET-CT SUV values decreased insignificantly. Conclusions Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma have different syndrome faetures before and after radiotherapy, and patients with Stasis and Phlegm Type have unconspicuous decrease of PET-CT SUV values after radiotherapy.
