| 摘 要： | 目的研究对脑卒中患者实施社区护理干预措施预防跌倒的效果。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规出院宣教指导,观察组在对照组的基础上给予社区护理干预。采用功能独立性评定(FIM)评价两组患者的日常生活能力(ADL),并比较两组患者干预1个月、3个月以及5个月的FIM评分以及患者对防跌倒知识的知晓率。结果观察组患者的FIM评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对防跌倒知识的知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者实施社区护理干预措施有助于提升其日常生活能力,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of community nursing intervention on preventing fall in stroke patients. Methods 120 cases of stroke patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional discharge missionary guide, while patients in observation group were given community care interventions additionally, functional independence measure （FIM） was used to evaluate patients＇ activities daily living （ADL）. The FIM score and rate of awareness of knowledge of preventing fall were compared between two groups. Results The FIM scores and rate of awareness of knowledge of preventing fall of observation group was significantly higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05） Conclusions Community nursing interventions can effectively improve the activities daily living and quality of life of stroke patients. |
