门诊健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响观察

目的探讨门诊健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将2010年2月至2012年2月来我院门诊就诊的100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组50例，非干预组50例，对干预组进行6个月的门诊健康教育．使用SF～36生活质量量表在两组干预前后进行评分，并检测两组患者干预前后的餐后2h血糖和空腹血糖等血糖状况。结果非干预组各项评分与半年前比较均无明显差异（P〉0．05）；干预组在生理功能（PF）、生理职能（RP）、身体疼痛（BP）、总体健康（GH）、活力（VT）、社会功能（SF）、情感职能（RE）、精神健康（MH）等维度评分均有明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与非干预组比较，行门诊健康教育干预的干预组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平降低较为明显，并且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论门诊健康教育可以提高糖尿病患者生活质量。

Observation on the Effect of Clinic Health Education on Quality of Life of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To study the effect of clinic health education on quality of life of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes from February 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group （n = 50, clinic health education for 6 months） and the control group （n = 50）. The SF-36 life quality scale was used to evaluate patients＇ life quality before and after intervention, and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting plasma glucose were detected before and after intervention. Results There were no statistical differences in each item score after intervention in the control group compared with those in six months ago （P〉0.05）. The intervention group had increased score in the physiological fimction （PF）, role physical （RP）, bodily pain （BP）, general health （GH）, vitality （VT）, social functioning （SF）, role emotional （RE）, mental health （MH） （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the intervention group had lower 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting plasma glucose （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Health education can improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus.
