胃癌根除术同步放化疗患者的生活质量及影响因素研究

目的 了解胃癌根除术经同步放化疗患者的生活质量及其相关影响因素.方法 选取某医院门诊随访的胃癌根除术后经同步放化疗后6~24个月的患者128例,使用中文版EORTC QLQ-C30量表评估其生活质量,采用多重线性回归分析其影响因素.结果 胃癌根除术者年龄为（50.36±9.73）岁,总体生活质量得分为（75.13±19.64）分.功能领域中以角色功能得分较高为（86.98±14.58）分,症状领域中以疲倦得分较高为（30.47±12.44）分,单一条目中以经济困难得分较高为（38.29±14.78）分.多重线性回归分析显示收入情况、病理分期和文化程度与胃癌患者生活质量有关联.结论 该组患者总体生活质量得分较高,与收入情况、病理分期和文化程度有关.

A study of the quality of life and its influencing factors for gastric patients undergoing radical resection after concurrent chemoradiotherapy

Objective To understand the quality of life （ QoL ） and its influencing factors for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical resection after concurrent ehemoradiotherapy. Methods 128 clinic follow - up gastric cancer patients undergoing radical resection who had accepted the concurrent ehemoradiotherapy for 6 to 24 months were selected from a hospital. The Chinese version of EORTC QLQ - c3 was used to evaluate their QoL, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze its influencing factors. Results The mean age of gastric cancer patients was 50. 36 ± 9.73 years old, and the overall score of their QoL was 75.13± 19. 64. The role function got a higher score （86.98 ± 14. 58） in functional areas, and in symptom areas the tiredness got a higher score （30.47±12.44） , in single entry areas economic hardship got a higher score （38. 29 ± 14. 78）. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors of income, pathological stage and education level were significant for QoL of gastric cancer patients. Conclusion Income, pathological stage and education level may influence the QoL of the gastric cancer patients.
