| 摘 要： | 目的:检测结直肠癌患者门静脉血CK20mRNA的表达情况,探讨其临床意义.方法:用实时定量荧光逆转录聚合酶链(FQ-PCR)方法,检测了72例结直肠癌患者门静脉及周围静脉血CK20mRNA的表达.结果:结直肠癌患者门静脉血CK20mRNA表达的阳性率72%(52/72)高于周围静脉血43%(31/72)(P＜0.001),结直肠癌DukesC、D期门静脉血CK20mRNA高于A、B期(P＜0.001).结论:门静脉血CK20mRNA表达的检测比周围静脉血检测更准确、敏感,是判断体内隐性播散和愈后的可靠方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of CK20 mRNA expression in the portal-vein blood of colorectal cancer patients. Methods: Expression of CK20 mRNA was detected by FQ-PCR in portal-vein blood and peripheral blood in 72 colorectal patients. Results: The expression of CK20mRNA in portal-vein blood was significantly higher than that in the peripheral blood in every stage of colorectal cancer patients. Conclusion: It suggests that determination of CK20 mRNA in portal-vein blood is more accurate and sensitive than that in the peripheral vein blood, and it is an ideal means for evaluation of the prognosis. |
