| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨雪山胃宝丸对小鼠胃溃疡的保护作用。方法:应用无水乙醇致小鼠胃溃疡模型、吲哚美辛致小鼠胃溃疡模型及应激性胃溃疡模型,观察雪山胃宝丸对胃黏膜损伤的保护作用,计算溃疡指数和溃疡抑制率。结果:与模型组相比,雪山胃宝丸对无水乙醇致小鼠胃溃疡、吲哚美辛致小鼠胃溃疡及应激性胃溃疡具有明显保护作用(P0.05)。结论:雪山胃宝丸对小鼠胃溃疡有保护作用。

Protective Effects of XueShan WeiBao Pills on Gastric Ulcer of the Mice |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the protective effects of XueShan WeiBao pills on gastric ulcer(GU) of the mice. Methods: Mice model with GU or stress GU was established by using absolute ethyl alcohol and in-dometacin, to observe protective effects of XueShan WeiBao pills on gastric mucosal injury, ulcer index and index inhibition rate were calculated. Results: Compared with the model group, XueShan WeiBao pills could protect absolute ethyl alcohol-induced GU and indometacin-induced GU and stress GC obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion: XueShan WeiBao pills present protective effects on GU of the mice. |
