| 摘 要： | 通过2则验案介绍王自立教授治疗慢性泄泻的经验,指出慢性泄泻多责之于"虚"与"湿";辨证分为肠道湿热证、脾肾阳虚证、脾虚湿盛证、脾胃虚弱证4型;治疗要因人制宜;缓图取效,慎用收涩。

| Abstract: | Professor WangZili's experience of treating chronic diarrhea is illustrated by two effective cases, it is pointed out that the causes of chronic diarrhea are "deficiency" and "dampness"; and it could be differentiated as intestinal dampness-heat pattern, Yang-deficiency of spleen-kidney, dampness abundance due to spleen asthenia and spleen-stomach deficiency pattern; and the treatment for chronic diarrhea should be chosen according to the individ-uals; clinical effects should be obtained slowly and astringent herbs should be used cautiously. |
