| 摘 要： | 本文应用小鼠血糖测定了１０个批次胰岛素注射液的效价，探讨了小鼠血糖法双交叉实验间隔时间的长短对测定结果的影响，并与小鼠惊厥法进行了比较。提出了小鼠血糖法在生产企业推广应用中存在的一些问题。为此，建议中国药典最好同时收载这两种方法。

| Abstract: | The results of comparativestudies on the biological assay of insulinby blood glucose determination in mice andby convu-lsion method With mice are in agreement with each other on the whole. Butthe experiment cycle of blood glucose methodrequires a lot of time and the operation ofcomplicated mico-chemical analyses afterethe insulin was given to the mice, and nonof these processes is designed in the convulsionmethod. The convulsion method was wellignto be used in factories for insulin analysesall along. According to our research we suggest that the both methods had better becollected into the Chinese pharmacopia tobe convenient for factories to use. |
