| 摘 要： | 在低氧条件下,对10例恶性肿瘤病人(其中鼻咽癌3例,食管癌4例、乳腺癌术后3例)行~(60)Co放射治疗.同时选择条件相近的10例恶性肿瘤病人配对,在正常氧下行~(60)Co照射.结果为;低氧组鼻癌病人口干反应轻,未发生口腔粘膜溃疡;食管癌患者皮肤反应轻,消化系统反应轻,体重增加;乳腺癌术后患者皮肤反应轻。结果提示:本疗法能降低放疗反应。

| Abstract: | 10 cases of malignant tumour were treated with ~(60)Co radiotherapy under hypoxic condition (4cases of esophageal cancer, 3 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer and 3 cases of postoperative breastcancer). Simultaneously, 10 cases of similar malignant tumor were radioted under normal oxygen con-dition. The results showed that in the cases of nasopharyngeal cancer treated under hypoxic conditionxerostomia was reduced,and mucosa ulcer disappeared,that in the cases of esophageal cancer, skin anddigestive system reactions were reduced,and body weight increased. and that in the cases of postopera-tive breast cancer the skin reactions were reduced. The resulas denconstrate that this therapy can reduceradiation reactions. |
