| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净注射液治疗百草枯中毒的疗效。方法选择我院2005年1月-2008年12月百草枯中毒患者31例为研究对象，随机分为血必净治疗组（A组n=16）和对照组（B组n=15），A组在B组的基础上应用血必净注射液50ml静脉点滴，每日2次，连用1周。结果A组患者治疗3d后动脉SaO2高于B组（P〈0．05）。治疗7d后（P〈0．01）和21d后（P〈0．001）这种趋势就更加明显；A组患者肝肾损害程度明显降低、CRP含量明显低于B组（P〈0．05）；A组器官功能衰竭总教较B组减少，生存时间明显延长，病死率降低，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论早期应用血必净可显著减少患者的急性炎性反应损伤，减少器官功能衰竭，降低病死率，对百草枯中毒的抢救治疗有非常积极的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of xuebijing injection on paraquat poisoning.Methods 51 patients with paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into xuebijing treatment group （A group n=16） and control group （B group n=15）.Besides B basic therapy, A group received xuebijing （50 ml,twice per day）for one week. Results SaO2 in group A was higher than that in group B（P〈0.05 ） after 3 days,and the trend is even more obvious after 7 days （P〈0.01） and 21 days （P〈0.001）.A group significantly reduced liver and kidney damage.The content of CRP in group A was lower than that in group B （P〈0.05）.A group of organ failure decreased and survival time prolonged.The mortality rates of the two groups wen significantly different （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xuebijing could reduce the acute inflammatory response, organ failure, and mortality rates, which was helpful to save poison of paraquat. |
