二维超声心动图,心电图与冠状动脉造影在冠心病诊断中的对照分析

摘    要:通过对181例拟诊冠心病患者的二维超声心动图(2-DE)、心电图(ECG)及冠状动脉造影结果的对照分析,评价2-DE、ECG对冠心病的诊断价值。结果示:2-DE及ECG诊断敏感性分别为70.1%和59.8%(P>0.05),特异性为94.6%和75.7%(P<0.05);冠脉狭窄<75%时敏感性分别为28.9%和36.8%(P>0.05),狭窄≥75%时则为92.8%和72.4%(P<0.05);对陈旧心肌梗塞患者的诊断敏感性二者均为100%。2-DE检出病变部位,范围较ECG所示更特异。更符合责任冠脉供血区。

Abstract:From December 1984 to September 1994,181 cases of coronary artery disease were examined with two-dimensional echocardiography(2-DE).electrocardiography(ECG)and coronary angiography(CAG)simultaneonsly.The results of 2-DE and ECG were com-pared with atary of CAG.It is found that sensitivity for diagnosing coronary antery disease(CAD)of 2-DE and ECG is 70.1%and 59.8%9P>0.05),respectively.and the specifici-ty of 2-DE and ECG is 94.6%and 75.5%(P<0.05),respeclivesly.To patients with coronary artery stenoses<75%,the sensitivity of 2-DE and ECG is 28.9% and 36.8%(P>0.05),respeclivsly.To patients with coronary artery stenoses>75%,the sensitivity of 2-DE and ECG is 92.8% and 72.4%(P<0.05),respectively.It is also found that the sensitivity of 2-DE and ECG is all 100% in diagnosing old myocardial infarction.The dimen-sion of the pathological part that found by 2-DE is more than that found by ECG,and were in accorded with distribution of coronary artery.
