| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨单发脑转移瘤的CT特征，评价CT检查对本病的诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾分析了经手术病理证实的66例单发脑转移瘤的CT征象。结果：肿瘤结节水肿型28例，肿瘤环水肿型24例，肿瘤结节型9例，肿瘤水肿型5例。结论：CT检查对各类型单发脑转移瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To investigate CT characteristics of solitary brain metastases.and evaluate the digonstic value of CT scans.Matherals and Methods:CT finding of 66 cases solitary brain metastases comfiremd by peration and pathology were retrospectively analysed.Resusts:of 69 cases,the nodular tumor with tumor edema type 28 cases,the ring enhancement with tumor edema type 24 cases,the nodular tumor 9 cases.the tumor edema type 5 cases.Conclusion:CT scans may play an important role in the diaynosis and differentiating diagnosis of hte vairent type of solitary brain metastases. |
