社区部分HBV携带者对乙型病毒性肝炎认知程度调查与分析

目的探讨本社区内HBV携带者对乙型病毒性肝炎相关知识认知程度,为社区内乙型肝炎防控工作提供有力的科学依据。方法对四明社区内1032例HBV携带者采取整群抽样,通过问卷调查、询问及体检相结合的方法,并对其结果进行评定分析。结果 1032例HBV携带者有12例因各种原因拒绝调查,实际调查为1020例。对乙型肝炎相关知识了解程度良好179例,占总数的17.55%;一般212例,占20.78%;差486例,占47.65%;不了解143例,占14.02%。认知程度与该人群的文化程度、实际就医后的病程呈正相关。结论社区内部分HBV携带者对乙型病毒性肝炎认知程度较低,对其疾病的防控带来一定的难度。

Survey and Analysis of on Hepatitis B Some HBV Carriers with the Community Awareness

OBJECTIVE To investigate HBV carriers in the region agency knowledge of the level of awareness of hepatitis B, hepatitis B prevention and control work for the community to provide strong scientific basis. METHOD 1 032 cases of HBV carriers in the area agency to cluster sampling, a questionnaire, asking, and the method of combining physical examination, and the results were evaluated and analyzed. RESULTS 1 032 cases of HBV carriers, 12 cases refused to investigate a variety of reasons, the actual survey of 1 020 cases of hepatitis B-related knowledge, good understanding of： 179 cases, accounting for 17.55%. General： 212 cases, accounting for 20.78%. Difference： 486 cases, accounting for 47.65%. Do not know： 143 cases, accounting for 14.02%. Awareness and education of the population, the actual course of disease after medical treatment was a positive correlation. CONCLUSION The community part of the HBV carriers with lower awareness levels to hepatitis B virus, its prevention and control of diseases caused some difficulties.
