| 摘 要： | 目的 评估"Y"型钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的治疗效果.方法 采用"Y"型钢板内固定治疗36例病人,通过术后3～48个月随访,采用Mayo肘关节功能评分,对36例患者的效果进行评价.结果 36例术后12个月Mayo评分为82±17,其中优19例,良12例,差5例.所有患者骨折全部骨性愈合,平均愈合时间14周.结论 "Y... |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical effect with Y-shape plate for the treatment of humeral condylar fracture.MethodsFrom April 2003 to October 2008,36 cases of humeral condylar fracture patients received open reduction and Y-reconstruction plate fixation.Follow-up ranged from 3 to 48months.by Mayo elbow score,the effect of the 36 patients had been evaluated.ResultsMayo score of 82 ± 17 in 36 patients after 12 months,19 cases were excellent,good in 12 cases and poor in 5 cases.All were bone union,the average healing time of 14 weeks.Conclusion＂Y＂ plate in treatment of humeral condylar fracture,It was conducive to early activity on elbow joint,and the recovery of elbow function effectively.It was an ideal method of treatment. |
