| 摘 要： | 目的]通过外部措施评价实验室相应的检测能力,提高实验室检测水平,保证检测结果准确、可靠。方法]依据国家标准GB/T4789-2003和2008年苏、浙、沪实验室间比对试验作业指导书(OTD)(微生物部分)结合ATB生化鉴定仪对模拟肛拭样品进行鉴定。结果]经分离鉴定,该半固体模拟肛拭样品检出2株肠道致病菌,一株为小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌(血清型O3),一株为类志贺邻单胞菌。结论]实验室间能力比对有助于促进实验室间技术交流与合作,选择性强、特异性高的显色培养其及快速生化鉴定条(ATB ID32E)使用,使检测更加快速、特异、敏感,取得满意结果。
