| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity of cultural construction of offices in hospital of traditional Chi- nese medicine ,the existent problems and the ways of implementing cultural construction. The culture construction should have professional features, highlight the characteristics of different department, inherit the level of medical morality,spread traditional Chinese culture, strengthen nice ambience, cultivate team spirit, enhance the cohesion, pay attention to humanity care, and improve service levels. |
