| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨1992年初至2001年末剖宫产指征的掌握情况,方法：对1322例剖宫产病例进行回顾性分析。结果与结论：（1）我院剖宫产率趋于相对稳定。（2）引产方法及促宫缩药物的使用与剖宫产率有关。（3）臀位剖宫产逐年上升。（4）剖宫产率高,产后大出血发生率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the situation of the indications mastered in our hospital for cesarean section from 1992.1~2001.12.Methods:A retrospective analysis on the 1322 cases cesarean section was carried out.Results:Rate of cesarean section in our hospital showed relative stable trend.Methods of induced labor and the use of oxytocics were relative to the rate of cesarean section.Cesarean section agrippinus was tending to increase.The more rates of cesarean section were associated with the higher rates of postpartum hemorrhage. |
