| 摘 要： | 目的探讨解绳训练对老年精神病患者康复的效果。方法在老年精神科选取50铝康复期患者,由2名主管护师负责．每天9：30～10：00组织、指导、督促患者进行解绳训练,坚持6个月,评价治疗效果。结果6个月后,智力状态、生活自理能力、精神护理观察量表评分较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）.结论解绳训练能提高老年精神病患者的认知水平、日常生活自理能力及生活质量,较好地防治精神衰退,改善和促进患者的精神康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of untying rope training among elder patients with chronic mental disease. Methods Fifty convalescent patients from the ward of elder psychiarie department were organized,guided and promoted by two change nurses to untie the rope from 9 ： 30 to 10 ： 00 every day for 6 months,then evaluated the effectiveness of training. Result Aider 6 months, the scores of Mini - Mental Stale Examination （ MMSE ） , Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （ NOSIE ） and Activity of Daily laving Scale （ADL） were significantly differenent from that bef.re training （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Untying rope training can improve the eongnitive level, self - care ability and quality of life of the elder meotal patients and promote mental rehabilitation, |
