| 摘 要： | 应用中西医结合治疗肱骨和前臂骨折410例,获得满意效果。骨折端有软组织嵌入的肱骨干骨折,采用逆行回绕手法复位成功,降低了手术率。在处理儿童肘部损伤时,应注意肱骨下端骺软骨帽状撕脱的诊疗;肢体创伤较重的骨折,不适当的外固定易产生肢体缺血性肌挛缩,要重视此并发症的预防。

| Abstract: | The integrated TCM-WM therapy was used to treat 410 cases of humerus andfoeearm fracture,the effect was satisfied.For the fracture in the fumeral shaft with soft tissue impactedin fracture end,the successful manual reduction with rotation method could reduce the operation rate.For the children elbow injury,we should put attention to the diagnosis and treatment of cap-like avul-sion of epiphyseal cartage in distal end of humerus.For the serious fracture,ischemic contraction is oftencaused by improper exopexy,so the prevention of conplications is very important. |
