三甲复脉汤治疗病毒性心肌炎心律失常疗效观察

目的:观察三甲复脉汤治疗病毒性心肌炎心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将病毒性心肌炎心律失常患者166例随机分2组,治疗组86例采用三甲复脉汤治疗,对照组80例口服心律平治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈23例,显效41例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率为91.86%;对照组痊愈10例,显效34例,有效19例,无效17例,总有效率为78.75%;两组总有效率比较,经统计学处理,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:三甲复脉汤治疗病毒性心肌炎心律失常有较好疗效。

Curative Effect Observation of Decoction of Sanjia Fumai ( 三甲复脉汤 ) on Arrhythmia with Viral Myocarditis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Sanjia Fumai on arrhythmia with vival myocarditis.Method:166 cases of bearing premature were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly.86 cases in the treatment group were treated with Decoction of Sanjia Fumai,and 80 cases in the control group were treated with propafenone.Result:In the treatment group 41 cases were excellent,15 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 91.86%.In the control group 34 cases were excellent,19 cases were effective and 17 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 78.75%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Decoction of Sanjia Fumai on arrhythmia with viral myocarditis is significant.
