电刺激中缝背核对大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的影响

摘    要:
以寒冷加束缚制备大鼠应激必占膜损伤模型,观察电刺激中缝背核对应激性胃粘膜损伤的影响,结果表明:(1)电刺激DRN能明显地减轻应激性胃粘膜损伤,这一效应可被腹腔注射5-HT合成阻断剂对氯苯丙氮酸所逆转;(2)电解损毁DRN可使就激性胃占膜损伤加重,向DRN内胞体毒性剂L-谷氨酸与电解损毁DRN的效应相同。

Abstract:
The effect of electric stimulation of dorsal raphe nucleus(DRN)on gastric mucosal lesion induced by RWIS(restraint water-immersion stress)in rats was investigated.The results were as follows:(1)Electric stimulation of the DRN obviously decreased the stress gastric mucosal lesion and the effect could be attenuated by PCPA I.P.Electric ablation of DRN intensified the stress gastric mucosal lesion significantly.(2)Both microinjection of L-glutanate into DRN and PCPA I.P.produced effects similar to that of electric ablation of DRN.(3) After the destruction of DRN, the aggravating effect of electric stimulation of PVN on stress gastric mucosal lesion was attenuated.These results indicate that the DRN is one of the specific areas in CNS capable of decreasing the stress gastric ulcer and plays an important role in increasing the effect of electric stimulation of PVN on stress gastric mucosal lesion.
