脑钠肽及肌钙蛋白I在妊娠高血压综合征患者中的研究

目的：探讨血中脑钠肽（BNP）及肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）水平变化及其对诊断妊娠高血压综合征的临床意义。方法：选取126例妊娠高血压综合征患者（PIH组），划分为轻度、中度、重度，另外选取健康妊娠者49例（健康对照组），检测两组血中的BNP及cTnI水平，并进行比较。结果：轻度PIH组、中度PIH组、重度PIH组的BNP及cTnI水平均高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），中度PIH组、重度PIH组各指标高于轻度PIH组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），随着病情严重程度的增加BNP及cTnI水平逐渐升高，以重度PIH组升高的水平最为显著。结论：联合检测血中BNP及cTnI能够反映PIH患者心肌的损伤程度和病情严重程度，有利于及早判断和治疗。

Study of brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac troponin I in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective:To investigate the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and its clinical significance in diagnosis of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods:126 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) patients, divided into mild, moderate and severe, in addition to select healthy pregnancy 49 cases (healthy control group), detection of the two groups of blood BNP and cTnI levels and compared. Results:mild PIH group, moderate PIH group and severe PIH group of BNP and cTnI levels were higher than those in healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), moderate PIH group and severe PIH group each index is higher than that of mild PIH group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), with the disease severity degree of increase in the levels of BNP and cTnI increased gradually, to severe PIH group elevated level is the most significant. Conclusion: combined detection of BNP and cTnI in blood can reflect the degree of myocardial injury and the severity of the disease in patients with PIH, and it is helpful for early detection and treatment.
