| 摘 要： | 目的耐多药结核分枝杆菌(MDR-TB)感染是造成结核病重新流行的重要原因之一。中药在难治性结核病的治疗中有独到的优势,从天然药物中选择和研究抗结核新药具有重要意义。本文对近年来关于中药单方和复方抗结核机制的研究做了简单回顾,并对其在MDR-TB感染中的应用前景进行了评估。

| Abstract: | Objective Multiple drugs resistant bacillus tuberculosis (MDR-TB) infection plays an essential role in the reviving of tuberculosis. As the application of traditional Chinese medicine had achieved unique beneficial effects in the MDR-TB infected disease, it is of great importance to filter out and study some new anti-tuberculosis medicine from naturally occurring herbs. The developments about the anti-tuberculosis mechanism of compound and simple recipes of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years were reviewed in this paper, and the prospect of its clinical appliance on MDR-TB infection was also evaluated. |
