注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合参附汤对心肺复苏患者的临床疗效评价

摘    要:目的:观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合参附汤对心肺复苏后患者的疗效,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:40例心肺复苏成功的患者按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合参附汤,两组均治疗72 h。比较两组患者治疗后一般指标、脑代谢指标、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase, NSE)及心肌酶谱。结果:治疗后,两组患者循环稳定情况、平均动脉压及格拉斯哥昏迷评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者颈静脉血氧饱和度(jugular venous oxygen saturation, SjvO2)高于复苏成功即刻,脑氧摄取量(oxygen extraction ratio, ERO2)与动脉-颈内静脉血氧含量差(oxygen content in arterio-carotid venous, Ca-jvO2)低于复苏成功即刻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组SjvO2明显低于对照...

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of salvianolate for injection combined with Shenfu Decoction on patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, so as to provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods: Forty patients with successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given routine treatment, and the treatment group was given salvianolate for injection combined with Shenfu Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 72 hours.The general indexes, brain metabolic indexes, neuron specific enolase(NSE) and myocardial zymogram were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, there was no significant difference in circulatory stability, mean arterial pressure and glasgow coma scale(GCS) between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, jugular venous oxygen saturation(SjvO;) was higher than that at the time of successful resuscitation, and the brain oxygen extraction ratio(ERO;) and oxygen content in arterio-carotid venous(Ca-jvO;) were lower than that at the time of successful resuscitation(P<0.05);SjvO;in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and ERO;and Ca-jvO;were significantly higher than those in the control group.After treatment, NSE in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Salvianolate combined with Shenfu Decoction can significantly improve brain metabolism after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and promote the recovery of myocardial function.
