| Abstract: | Through the text analysis of Huangdi Neijing,combined with the knowledge of modern life science, it is pointed out that genuine qi is the endogenous protein synthesized by the human body according to its own DNA,the material basis of life and the innate qi of the human body.Meridian qi is the qi that runs in the meridians, including the Yingwei qi and innate qi transformed from the acquired water and food.Vital qi includes meridian qi and normal physical factors that appear in nature with seasons.Pathogenic qi is an abnormal physical factor in nature, pathological material and abnormal microenvironment in human body.Zongqi is the general name of various gases in the human body.The concepts of qi in Huangdi Neijing represent various subtle substances or physical factors in the body that are invisible to the naked eye. |
