基于补肾填精疗法探讨防治孤独症谱系障碍的潜在靶点:聚焦维生素D

维生素D是人体重要的脂溶性类固醇激素之一,与人体多个系统密切相关,其不仅能改善骨骼类疾病,还对孤独谱系障碍的发展存在一定调控作用。中医认为孤独谱系障碍属于五迟、少神的范畴,主要病机为肾精亏损,脑髓不充,故补肾填精疗法常应用于防治孤独谱系障碍,前期研究提示补肾中药也与维生素D的作用靶点存在密切的联系。故推测,中医的补肾填精疗法通过调节维生素D防治孤独谱系障碍,维生素D可能是补肾药物防治孤独谱系障碍的潜在靶点。

Discussion on Potential Target for Prevention and Treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on Tonifying Kidney and Replenishing Essence Therapy: Focusing on Vitamin D

Vitamin D is one of the most important fat-soluble steroid hormones in human body and is closely related to multiple human systems. It can not only improve bone diseases, but also regulate the development of autism spectrum disorder. Studies have shown that vitamin D improves the prognosis of people with autism spectrum disorder. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that autism spectrum disorder belongs to the category of five kinds of retardation and less spirit. The main pathogenesis is kidney essence loss and brain marrow insufficiency. Therefore, kidney-tonifying and essence-replenishing therapy is often used to prevent and treat autism spectrum disorder. Previous studies suggest that kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine is also closely related to the action target of vitamin D. Therefore, it is speculated that the kidney-tonifying and essence-replenishing therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can prevent and treat autism spectrum disorder by regulating vitamin D, and vitamin D may be the potential target of kidney-tonifying drugs to prevent and treat autism spectrum disorder.
