| 摘 要： | 目的：调查临床医生对医患纠纷与医患沟通两者之间相关性的认知,寻求有效方法减少医患纠纷的发生。方法：采用自制调查问卷对某三级甲等医院的200名医生进行调查。结果：98.4%的医生认为医患纠纷与医患沟通两者之间直接或间接相关,约40%的医生认为服务态度和沟通技巧是诱发医患纠纷的主要原因。结论：应通过继续医学教育加强医生医患沟通相关知识的学习与技巧的培训。
