摘    要:目的探讨基于引导式教育在孤独症谱系障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年6月我院收治的36例孤独症谱系障碍儿童作为研究对象,实施引导式教育。分别于干预前和干预6个月末采用儿童孤独症家长评分量表、儿童孤独症评定量表评估患儿孤独症症状。结果干预6个月末患儿的儿童孤独症家长评分量表各维度得分、总分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预6个月末患儿的儿童孤独症评定量表总分均明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论基于引导式教育可改善孤独症谱系障碍患儿社交能力,减轻行为问题,值得临床借鉴。
