23例胸部结节病的影像学诊断分析

目的 :通过对胸部结节病病例分析 ,认识其影像学表现 ,特别是不典型胸部结节病影像学表现的特点。方法 :回顾性分析了符合诊断标准的 2 3例胸部结节病的X线胸片及胸部CT。结果 :14例呈典型性影像学表现 ,伴发肺部异常的 5例 ;9例呈非典型影像学表现 ,其中 5 0岁以上者 6例 ;肺部病变呈多形性表现 ;CT检查的敏感性高 ;气道及胸膜病变少见。结论 :胸部结节病多数有典型影像学表现 ;但也有非典型影像学表现者 ,多见于 5 0岁以上患者 ,易被误诊 ,应密切结合临床资料 ,注意与其它疾病的鉴别诊断 ,以减少误诊的发生。

Analysis of the radiological diagnosis of thoracic sarcodisis in 23 cases

Objective To study the radiological diagnosis of thoracic sarcodisis stress and the radiological diagnosis of atypical thoracic sarcodisis.Methods The chest X-ray and CT features of 23 patients with proven sarcodisis were reviewed retrosprectively.Results Forteen patients with typical findings and 9 patients with atypical findings were reported at retrospective presentation,6 atypical cases occurred in patients older than 50 years.The appearances in the pulmonary varied greatly.CT was the most sensitive measure to demonstrate these amoralities,bronchus and pleural lesions were less.Conclusion More patients have typical findings of thoracic sarcodisis.Atypical findings refrequently occurs in the elderly patients and the diagnosis is easily mistaken.Radiological diagnosis must be combined with the clinical findings intertly to decrease the mistaken diagnosis.
