| 摘 要： | 胃手术后,胃、十二指肠的局部解剖发生变化易导致胆汁返流性胃炎。认为本病病位在胃,主要病机为脾胃虚弱、肝失疏泻,故治疗应以肝、脾、气血论证。

| Abstract: | After operation on the stomach,bile reflax gastritis(BRG)results from the local anatomical changes of the stomach and duodenum.The author holds that the main disease position lies in stomach,and the basic pathogenesis is weakness of the spleen and stomach and the failure of the liver to dredging,and it should be treated from the liver,spleen,Qi and blood. |
