肱骨髁上骨折91例疗效分析

肱骨髁上骨折91例中,手术复位石膏固定35例,牵引13例,手术复位27例。经半年至5年随访者58例,效果优者44例,良好者6例,一般者4例,差者4例,在神经损伤中本组有9例18条神经损伤,其中6例12条神经损伤。经骨折复位解除了压迫,术后随访5年,12条神经伤于伤后一年恢复了正常。绝大多数病例都取得优良和较好的效果,治中未发生缺血性挛缩。

An Analysis on Curative Effects of Supracondylar Fracture in 91 Cases

Therapeuto methods and effects of 91 patients wits supracondylar fracture were presented. Therapeutic methods including fracture fixation with plaster casts (35 cases), traction (13 eases) and operative reduction (27 cases) were performed in 75 cases. In the follow—up observation of half one to five years, 44 patients showed excellent results, 6 had good results, 4 had medioere results and patients had bad results. In 9 cases were complicated with nerve injury including 18 bare of nerves of which 6 patients (12 bars of nerves) were recovery wit- hin one year after the reduction of fracture. An overwhelming majority of treated patients had an excellent or good therepeutic effects, and ischemic contracture was not ocurred.
