青春期和成年多囊卵巢综合征的比较

目的：比较青春期和成年多囊卵巢综合征患者（ｐｏｌｙｃｙｓｔｉｃｏｖａｒｙｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＰＣＯＳ）在临床表现、血激素水平、卵巢形态等方面的异同。方法：对３１例青春期和１４１例成年ＰＣＯＳ患者进行血激素放免测定和卵巢Ｂ超检查。结果：月经稀发、闭经、多毛和肥胖在青春期组发生的百分比与成年组间差异无统计学意义。月经不规则在青春期组发生的百分比为２９．０４％，显著高于成年组的７．１０％。成年组的卵巢体积和体重指数（ＢＭＩ）显著高于青春期组，ＢＭＩ与年龄弱相关（ｒ＝０．２６，Ｐ＜０．０５）。两组ＰＣＯＳ患者间血激素水平差异无统计学意义。结论：ＰＣＯＳ可能始发于青春期，其临床表现和内分泌特征并不随年龄变化而改变

A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN ADOLESCENT AND ADULT PATIENTS WITH POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME

Objective: To compare clinical and endocrine features and ultrasonographic data of adolescent and adult patients with PCOS. Methods: 31 adolescent patients with PCOS and 141 adult patients with PCOS were studied by radioimmunoassays for serum hormone and B type ultrasonographic examination for ovaries. Results: Oligomenorrnea, amenorrhea, hirsutism and obesity were presented no significant difference between adolescent and adult patients with PCOS. Menstrual irregularity was present more often in adolescent group (29.04%)than in adult group( 7.10 %). The ovariane volume and mean body mass index(BMI)of adult group were significantly higher than those of adolescent group, and a weak correlation between age and BMI was found in PCOS groups( r =0.26, P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the concentrations of serum hormone between the two groups. Conclusion: PCOS is a disorder with adolescent onset, the clinical, endocrinic and ultrasonographic features of which will change little by age.
