| 摘 要： | 采用三维重组的方法，对大鼠肝细胞线粒体的立体形态进行了研究。结果表明，肝细胞线粒体形态多样，有些粒体表现出芽生状态，许多线本带有舌状突起。此外，还可见到线粒体之间有细小桥状连接现象。 |

| Abstract: | The three-dimensional morphology of mitochondria in rat hepatocyte was studied by reconstructing three-dimensional models. The results showed that the mitochondria of the rat liv-er had different forms and some mitochondria appeared in blastogenetics. Many mitochondria had ligulate portrusions. In addition, a small bridge junction between mitochondria was observed. |
