| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病96例,其中40例采用藻酸双酯钠(PSS)0.2g静滴,qd;30例采用片剂PSS0.1g,tid;po;26例采用肝素100mg静滴,qd;3组均以10d为一个疗程。结果:PSS静滴组、口服组、与肝素组总有效率依次为90％,87％,92％,无明显差异。PSS不良反应明显小于肝素。

| Abstract: | Fcrty patients (M 29, F 11; age 61 + 3a) with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) were treated with polysaccharide sulfate (PSS) 0.2 g in 5% glucose solution 500 mL iv drip qd. Similar patients(M 22, F 8; age 62.0 + 2.0a) receiving PSS 0.1 g tid po, and another 26 patients (M 19, F 7; age 61 + 4 a) receiving heparin 100 mg in 5 % glucose solution 300 mL iv drip qd served as control, all were treated for 10 d. Results showed that the total response rate were 90 %, 87 %, and 92 % respectively. The adverse reactions of PSS were fewer and milder than those of heparin. |
