| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨后路椎间盘镜(MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效.方法 回顾性分析57例经后路MED治疗的LDH患者的临床资料.结果 57例LDH患者经后路MED治疗,术后随访3～12个月(平均6.5个月),治疗效果优良率为91.2%(52/57),可5例,无手术并发症发生.结论 后路MED治疗LDH具有创伤小、恢复快和并发症少等优点. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of posterior microendoscopy discectomy (MED)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods 57 patients with LDH were treated by posterior MED to evalu-ate the curative effect. Results 57 patients were followed up for 3～12 months( average,6.5 months) ,the excellent and good rate was 91.2% (52/57). Conclusion Posterior MED has the advantages of less trauma,prompt recovery and less complications. |
