碘伏用于超声根管预备预防根管治疗期间痛的临床研究

目的观察碘伏用于超声根管预备对死髓牙根管治疗期间痛(endodontic interappointment pain EIP)发生率的影响及防治效果.方法对159例180颗慢性根尖周炎患者,随机分为3组(每组60颗患牙).第1组为传统手持器械对照组,第2组为超声生理盐水对照组,第3组为超声碘伏治疗组.采用临床观察分析法,观察治疗组与对照组临床反应的差异.结果超声治疗组Ⅱ～Ⅲ级EIP发生率为10%,对照组为36.67%(P＜0.01),有显著差异性.结论碘伏应用于超声根管预备能预防和降低EIP的发生并减轻其疼痛程度.

Clinical study on preventing endodontic interappointment pain(EIP) with Iodaphor in ultrasonic instrumentation of root canals

Objective To investigate the effect decreasing of the incidence of endodontic interappointment pain(EIP) by Iodophor combing with ultrasonic instrumentation of root canals. Methods 159 cases (180 teeths) in patients with chronic periapical periodotitis were divided into 3 groups randomly,60 in each. Hand instruments were used for group 1 as control group of traditional treatment. Ultrasound with saline as irrigant were used for 2 as control group. Ultrasound with Iodophor as irrigant were used for group 3 as experimental group,then observing the incidence of EIP and compared with control group. Results Significant difference was found between hand instruments group and control group of ultrasound (P<0.05) and even more significant difference was found between control group of ultrasound and experimental group of ultrasound(P<0.01). Conclusions The clinical observation revealed that the incidence of EIP of dexamethasone group(10%)was lower than that of control group (36.67%,P<0.01).The incidence of EIP can be reduced by Iodopher combing with ultrasonic instrumentation of root canals.
