| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一次与二次晨尿标本红细胞形态的差异。方法用尿沉渣流式细胞仪、相差显微镜检测模拟血尿标本,临床一次与二次晨尿标本红细胞。结果尿红细胞数量、形态与其在尿中停留时间有关;一次与二次晨尿标本内红细胞大小有差异。结论二次晨尿标本红细胞检测能较准确反映泌尿系统疾病性质。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the difference of red blood cells between the first and the second morning urine. Methods: Red blood cells in the modeling hematuria and in the first and the second morning urine were detected with UF-100 and phase contrast microscope. Result: The quantity and morphology of red blood cells were correlated to the time in urine; the volume of red blood cells were different between the first and the second morning urine. Conclusion: The examination of red blood cells in the second morning urine could exactly reflect the character of the disease of urinary system. [ |
