| 摘 要： | 本文研究了用共轭梯度法同时测定复方乙酰水杨酸片中乙酰水杨酸(A),非那西丁(P)和咖啡因(C)含量的方法。A,P和C的平均回收率分别为99.6%,99.6%和100.5%,变异系数分别为1.03%,0.34%和0.92%.并用(det(E~TE)]~(1/2)作为灵敏度指标,指导确定测定波长的数目和区间,计算得到了令人满意的结果。

| Abstract: | A new UV-spectropbotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of three components in compound acetyl-salicylic acid tablet. The criteria and methods for the choice of the number and position of analytical wavelengths in the test were investigated. The average recovery of asprin (A), phenacctin (P) and caffeine (C) were 100.3%, 99.67% and 101.3% respoctively.The coefficients of variation of A,P and C were 1.03%, 0.32% and 1.16% respectively. |
