摘    要:
目的:本研究评价聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测支气管肺泡准洗液中结核杆菌DNA的作用。方法:应用PCR技术对161例(肺结核81例,非肺结核80例作为对照)支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)进行结核菌DNA检测。结果:结核组BALF的阳性率:PCR为69.l%、徐片抗酸染色为86%、培养为98%,PCR的阳性率与涂片和培养比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。非结核对照组BALF的阳性率为:PCR2.5%,涂片0%,培养0%。结论:PCR技术测定BALF中的结核菌是诊断肺结核的一种快速、敏感、特异的方法,尤其适用于无痰的患者。

Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the value of Polymerase chain reacion (PCR) technique indetecting DNA of mycobactierium tuberculosis in bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF).Methods : PCR was applied to detect DNA of in 161 patients (81 with pulmonare tuberculosisand 80 as control). Results: In 81 patients with pulmonary tubdectulosis, the positive rates ofDNA in BALF by PCR was 69. 1 % ; smear fast-acid staining 8. 6% and culture 9. 8% thePositive rates of PCR in BALF are significanily higher than that of smears and culture methods(P < 0. 01 ). In non-pulmonary tuberculosis series ; the positive rates of DNA in BAir by PCRwas 2 .5% smear 0% and culture 0%. Conclusions: detecting M. tuberculosis in BALF byPCR is a rapid. sensitive. specifc method for diagnsing Pulmonary tubereulosis and is especialyadepted to those patients without sputum.
