| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)对高血压患者发生心房颤动 (房颤 )危险的影响。方法 将高血压患者分为房颤组 (n =1 5 6 )和非房颤组 (n =1 5 6 ) ,对其服药情况进行回顾性调查。结果 房颤组服用ACEI者有 4 0例 (2 5 .6 % ) ,非房颤组服用ACEI者有 6 5例 (4 1 .7% ) ,两组相比差异具有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,服用ACEI的患者发生房颤的危险降低 (OR =0 .4 8)。结论 ACEI能够降低高血压患者房颤发生危险 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) on the risk of atrial fibrillation in essential hypertension patients.Methods Essential hypertension patients were divided into atrial fibrillation group(n=156) and no atrial fibrillaton group(n=156),history of taking antihypertensive drugs was retrospectively investigated. Results Forty patients taking ACEI in atrial fibrillation group( 25.6 %),sixty five patients taking ACEI in no atrial fibrillation group( 41.7 %) showed significant difference(P< 0.01 ), risk of atrial fibrillation decreased in patients taking ACEI (OR= 0.48 ). Conclusion ACEI decreases the risk of atrial fibrillation in essential hypertension patients. |
