| 摘 要： | 目的：观察面部挂针加刺络拔罐治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将96例痤疮患者随机分为2组：治疗组52例采用面部挂针加刺络拔罐治疗；对照组44例采用单纯针刺治疗。2组均治疗3个疗程并随访3个月观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为100．0％，对照组为88．6％，二者疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：面部挂针加刺络拔罐对痤疮是一种安全方便、疗效显著的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of the combination of facial acupuncture and pricking blood and cupping in the treatment of acne.Method:A total of 96 cases of patients with ance were randomized into two groups:the treatment group(n=52)which used the combination of facial acupuncture and pricking blood and cupping;the control group(n=44)which used the facial acupuncture only.Both groups were treated for three therapeutic courses,observing and following-up for a three-month period.Result:The total effective rate for the treatment group was 100.0% while for the control group was 88.6%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of facial acupuncture and pricking blood and cupping is a safe and convenient therapeutic method with remarkable effects in the treatment of ance. |
