癫醒乐汤联合氨磺必利治疗初发精神分裂症56例

目的：观察癫醒乐汤联合氨磺必利治疗初发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法：选取精神分裂症患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组各56例。对照组采用氨磺必利治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加用癫醒乐汤治疗。结果：两组治疗后PANSS评分均低于治疗前（P均〈0.05）,且治疗8周、12周后观察组优于对照组（P均〈0.05）;两组治疗后Cc、Rp、Rpe及R1st均明显优于对照组（P均〈0.05）;两组治疗后再认功能、联想功能、理解功能、背数能力、MQ、TMT-A以及TMT-B等指标均优于治疗前（P均〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：癫醒乐汤联合氨磺必利治疗初发精神分裂症疗效显著,在改善患者的阳性、阴性以及精神病理等症状方面具有更好的疗效,患者的耐受性更佳,临床应用更加安全。

56 Cases of Patients with Incipient Schizophrenia Treated with Dianxingle Decoction Combined with Amisulpride

Objective：To observe the clinical effects and safety of Dianxingle Decoction combined with amisulpride in treating incipient schizophrenia.Methods ：112 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 56 in eadh group.The patients in the control group were treated with amisulpride,while the ones in the observation group were added Dianxingle Decoction on the ba tratment of the control group.Results：PANSS sore in each group after the tratment was lower than that before the tratment （both P〈0.05）,8 weeks and 12 weeks respectively after the tratment the observation group was better than that the control group（bothP〈0.05）;After the tratment,Ce,Rp,Rpe and Rlst in each group were much better than those of the control group （both P〈0.05）;After the treatment,each group＇s such indicators as recognition function,association function,umnderstanding function,reciting nunmber ability,MQ,TMT-A and TMT-B,and others were better than befroe the tratment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dianxingle Decoction combined with amisulpride has good curative effect in treating incipient schizophrenia;It has better curative effect in the improvement of patients with positive and negative and psychopathology symptoms,whichcan make patient tolerance better,and lead to more safe clinical application.
