北京市通州区部分职业人群健康状况调查

目的了解北京市通州区部分职业人群健康状况,为进行工作场所健康危害因素的筛选和健康人群的干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,选择2个公务员单位和1个事业单位的333名职工进行健康状况与健康知信行问卷调查。结果调查对象中,43.8%的人过去3年出现过被确诊的疾病,疾病发生率最高的是颈椎病。76.8%的调查对象过去30天出现过不适症状,不适症状发生率最高的是眼疲劳。33.0%的人超重,54.7%的人没有固定的锻炼活动。吸烟有害知识知晓率为47.9%。结论职业人群的健康状况不佳,健康知识和行为有待提高,应通过开展工作场所健康教育与健康促进活动,提高其健康意识,改变不良行为。
