谈中医辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床分析

目的:探究和分析中医辨证疗法对溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,并总结其临床意义。方法:抽取我院2009年～2011年溃疡性结肠炎患者116例,将其作为临床研究对象,并分为两组分别给予中医辨证疗法和西医治疗,判断两种治疗方法究竟哪个更适合治疗此类疾病。结果:A组的总有效率明显高于B组,P0.05,即中医辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎比西药治疗该病更为有效。结论:对于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗,中医辨证疗法要明显优于西医治疗,临床应推广对该病的中医辨证施治。

Clinical analysis on treating ulcerative colitis in TCM

Objective： To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of TCM differential treatment in ulcerative colitis, and summarize its clinical significance. Methods： 116 patients with ulcerative colitis collected in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, given TCM differential treatment and mordem medicine treatment respectively. To find out which is more suitable for the treatment of such disease. Results： The total efficiency of Group A was significantly higher than that of Group B （P〈0.05）. TCM treatment is more effective than mordern medicine treatment in ulcerative colitis. Conclusion： For the treatment of ulcerative colitis, TCM therapy was significantly superior to mordern medicine treatment; the clinical disease TCM differential treatment should be promoted.
