针刺配合颈椎矫正治疗颈源性头痛临床研究

目的:观察针刺配合颈椎矫正治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例用针刺配合颈椎矫正治疗,对照组60例用针刺治疗,10天为一疗程,均治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后临床症状及X线颈椎片的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率98%,对照组总有效率78%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗组颈椎结构改善也优于对照组(P(0.05)。结论:针刺配合颈椎矫正治疗颈源性头痛疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Cervical Headache Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Cervical Orthodotic Treatment

objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupunctur and chiropractic in treating cervical headache of cervical artery type.The treatmeent group were treated with acupunctur and chiropractic,and the control group with acupunctur.Tow courses later,their therapeutic effects were observed.Methods：The treatmeent group of 60 cases and the control group of 60cases,the change that the clinical symptom and cervical X-ray were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group is 98% while that of the COntrol group is 78%.There is obvious difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are significant improvements in acupunctre and chiropractic against cervieal headache of cervical artery type.
